Community Building Services (CBS) Ltd provides a comprehensive range of high quality building and maintenance services, delivered by a professional team of directly employed trade operatives.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of William Sutton Homes, CBS is part of Affinity Sutton, one of the largest housing groups in the UK.
With continuing growth and a record year of activity experienced in 2007-08, CBS provides building services both to members of the Group and to other housing associations and local authorities across the country.
Using locally recruited people, we pride ourselves on having well trained, motivated and highly skilled trade operatives to deliver front line services. They are supported by a friendly team of staff in our 24-hour call centre which handles more than 20,000 customer calls every year.
