We are a leading provider of repairs and maintenance services to the not-for-profit housing sector. We are different from other contractors because CBS is part of Affinity Sutton, one of the largest housing groups in the UK, which means we have a great insight into the needs of our clients - social landlords and residents alike.

We work with a broad range of organisations, from one of the ‘top five’ housing groups, through to local authorities and smaller housing providers serving a specialist needs client base.

Our work spreads from Plymouth to Newcastle and is delivered by highly skilled, regionally-based teams.

CBS was established in 2002 and has since grown from a small business to a national provider with a turnover of more than £18 million.

We are dedicated to becoming the leading housing repair and maintenance contractor in the UK.
