CBS joins Affinity Sutton
CBS is now part of Affinity Sutton, one of the largest housing groups in the UK.
Affinity Sutton was formed through the merger of the Affinity Homes Group and the Wiiliam Sutton Group in October 2006, and now manages more than 49,000 homes across the country.
CBS was originally a wholly owned subsidiary of Ridgehill Housing Association, one of the members of the William Sutton Group. However, Ridgehill and William Sutton Housing Association merged in April 2007 to become William Sutton Homes. All CBS contracts have also transferred so we continue to deliver all services previously provided, together with a number of additional contracts.
