New FM role for PFI project
01.10.2007CBS chosen as facilities manager provider for county children's homes
The Young Herts Consortium has achieved financial close for the exciting £20 million children's homes and family resource centre project to be located across 14 sites throughout Hertfordshire.
Under the PFI project, the consortium will deliver new and refurbished facilities.
The investment partners in the scheme are UME Investment Co. Ltd, co-sponsors of the Caring 4 Croydon Consortium. The facilities management delivery partner is Community Building Services, a subsidiary of William Sutton Homes.
The work will be phased, with the first development scheduled for completion in January 2008 and all 14 facilities completed by July 2009.
