CBS provides a modern and efficient service that responds to customers' needs, whatever the time of day.  Our extensive resources include:

  • 24 hour call centre

In addition to our team of 100 skilled trade operatives, we have an experienced and dedicated team of support staff and a call centre managing calls from residents across the country 24 hours a day.

In 2005, we introduced the resource scheduling system, OPTI-TIME, to provide a fully automated appointment service.  This means our call centre can offer customers convenient appointments to suit their particular needs when they ring to report a repair.

  • The latest IT and communications systems

    

CBS has investigated significantly in up-to-date technology.  Our system allows real time tracking of all works orders, providing clients with direct access to status reports and accurate performance monitoring information.

CBS has also invested in the latest hand-held computer technology to further improve efficiency and communications when trade operatives are out on the road.  The Pervasic MobileOne Housing Maintenance Solution PDAs are being rolled out during 2008.

  • A modern, safe fleet

All trades staff work from a modern fleet of vehicles that carry the distinctive blue and green livery of CBS and the client's own logo as appropriate.  Each vehicle has bespoke storage facilities to hold an imprest stock of materials to enable our operatives to carry out their job efficiently at the first time of calling.

We now have a fleet of more than 100 vehicles.
